Shipping Zones

Bifco ships its products within Canada. Shipments to the United States may be available upon request or depending on availability. No international shipping outside of North America is offered at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

In Canada, delivery times are generally 3 to 6 business days depending on the province and the carrier. For the United States, delivery times are approximately 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination. These times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or customs.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the engine, the destination, and the required shipping method, including freight transport. No hidden fees are applied.

Shipping and Delivery

Engines are shipped by specialized freight carriers. Delivery is curbside or to a dock, unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible for a transport truck.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the progress of their order.

Inspection upon Receipt

The customer must inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Bifco within 24 hours of receipt. No claims will be accepted without clear proof that the damage occurred during transport.

Delays and Liability

Bifco cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs inspections. No refunds will be issued for delays beyond our control.

Address Errors

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Fees associated with an address error or redelivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
