Cancellation and Return Policy

By making a purchase from Bifco, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. This policy applies to the purchase of used engines and transmissions and does not limit or exclude the rights and remedies provided by applicable laws in Quebec, including the Consumer Protection Act.

Nature of Sale and Final Sale

Engines and transmissions sold by Bifco are used parts. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. No cash refunds will be issued.

Exchange or Store Credit

An exchange or store credit may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability. This option is only applicable if the part is deemed defective in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions.

Order Cancellation

A 24-hour period following purchase confirmation is allowed to request an order cancellation, provided that no work has begun, including but not limited to preparation, disassembly, inspection, or shipping.

If costs have already been incurred at the time of the cancellation request, they may be deducted or billed to the customer.
